Producing a wide variety of machines, control systems,
and software for over 50 years,
Denford machines include
CNC mills, lathes, and routers, along with solid object
printers.
CNC Equipment and Rapid Prototyping
All Denford CNC machines are designed and manufactured specifically
for educational and training purposes, with the added capability of small
component manufacture and prototyping. Each machine is built to industrial
standards so that students can train and learn the skills on equipment
which truly emulate machines found in factories and workshops throughout
the world.
Micromill 2000 is the smallest CNC mill in the Denford range offering
a low cost introduction to manufacturing technology-ideal for cutting
synthetic materials.
The Micromill operates by a Windows-based PC (not included)
and is supplied with powerful VR CNC Milling operating
software. Supporting
materials include curricula, CAD/CAM software, and comprehensive
user manuals.
