to help you with just about any technical challenge! Synergis Helpdesk Support
Agreements are available to support all Autodesk products including Autodesk
Design Academy (ADA), Autodesk Design Institute (ADI) and all the applicable
solutions like: AutoCAD, Revit, Architectural Desktop, Inventor, Civil Design
and Map. Ask your Account Manager about the various support offerings for
our valued academic customers.

stuck? Synergis technicians will give you the answers you
need to get back to the classroom. We can help you install
the software, uncover the course curriculum, or solve an
operation challenge in the Autodesk Design Academy, Autodesk

are here to walk you through just about any technical challenge.
Synergis Helpdesk is supported by a full time Helpdesk
coordinator whose responsibility is to ensure that your
call is handled to your satisfaction.
Our Helpdesk Support Technicians

- Three technicians with knowledge of classroom
and CAD environments and applications
- Eleven application Engineers for the
Autodesk solutions, with experience in Building Design,
Civil/GIS/Infrastructure and Manufacturing Solutions

Rate for 1 Day
Services include:

Installation of Autodesk license management
software on the server

Installation of Autodesk setup deployment
on the server

Installation of product on ONE workstation
via the network deployment setup

Test to insure product starts up correctly,
is stable. A typical drawing will be loaded.

Instruct network manager on how to monitor
Autodesk license manager to see how licensing occurs
and who is using the product.

Instruct network manager on how to deploy
remaining workstations.
